HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDELINES

(delivery by Monday 12/23)

While most orders typically ship in 1-3 business days, USPS and UPS Ground orders may take up to 3-7 business days during the holiday season. Based on this, please expect a couple extra days to our regular shipping guidelines. USPS Priority Mail 2-Day, UPS 2nd Day and Next Day packages typically ship within 24-48 business hours. Same day if you place your order by 9am PST.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Depending on the shipping method selected, the processing time will vary. Orders placed with ground shipping (USPS priority 2 day, USPS first class, UPS ground) have a 2-3 business day processing time before they ship out of our warehouse. Orders placed with expedited shipping (UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air) have a 1-2 business day processing time. Please allow for this time in addition to your estimated shipping time. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, so processing and shipping times do not include nights, weekends or holidays.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

It typically takes 2-5 business days for standard ground service during non-peak periods. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method (UPS 2 Day Air or Next Day Air).

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be emailed the tracking number shortly after your order ships. To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.
 

CAN I SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS?

No, we do not ship directly outside of the United States at this time.

 

CAN I SHIP TO AN APO/FPO ADDRESS?

Yes, U.S. Postal Service delivery is available for deliveries to APO or FPO Boxes.

 

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

We provide a shipping charge specific to your order based on the size and weight of the package, as well as your ship to location. To see what shipping charges will be for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. A shipping charge will be provided in the checkout process prior to the time when you submit your order for processing.

Standard shipments within the United States are usually sent via USPS first class or UPS Ground, with additional rate compare options for expedited services. Depending on your order total and shipping address, various shipping options will be available during the online checkout process.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED US SALES TAX?

VODAPOD collects sales tax in Colorado only.
